I Tuned Out

I tuned out for a moment,
I tuned out so to dance.
I shut eye on this sad world
Against it taking stance.

I’ve missed me,
Got so tired.
I’ve missed me,
Been so sick.
I found me with my eyes closed,
My moving, my unique.

I tuned out for a moment,
I found some inner peace.
My heart raced with excitement,
I danced as me, released.
